What is covered by this warranty?

Chalovelo products are warranted against defects in material and workmanship for 90 days from the date of original purchase, provided they are used in accordance with the applicable product user manual. Claims within the warranty period must be supported by reasonable evidence. The warranty period begins on the date of original purchase.

What will Chalovelo do in the event of a warranty claim?

At Chalovelo, we guarantee the quality of our products. If you discover a product defect during the warranty period and notify Chalovelo, Chalovelo will replace it at its sole discretion.

Proof of purchase, including purchase receipt, invoice, order number, date and location (website or store name) of purchase.

Replacement and Disposal Policy

What is not covered by the warranty?

This warranty does not cover any defects or damage caused by the product not being used in the intended manner (as indicated in the product's user manual), normal wear and tear, commercial use, lack of proper maintenance, improper installation, neglect, natural disasters, accidents, acts of God, and damage caused by abuse, accidents, modifications, or unauthorized repairs.

Is the warranty transferable?

This warranty is valid only for the first purchaser and is not transferable. This warranty does not apply to anyone other than the original purchaser.
